CDNT West - Children's Disability Network Teams

This website, which is under development, aims to provide information on the 9 Children's Disability Network Teams (CDNTs) in Galway, Mayo and Roscommon.

In particular the website is being created as a resource for:

  • Families accessing services provided by our 9 CDNTs
  • Families on waiting lists for one of our CDNT's services
  • Or families referring their children to one of our CDNTs.

The website has five key aims

  1. To share information on the Progressing Disability Services for Children & Young People (PDS) programme.
  2. To explain how our 9 CDNTs work and how you can contact them.
  3. To explain how to refer a child to one of our 9 CDNTs.
  4. To list supports, services and activities for families and children to access and enjoy.
  5. To support families by sharing information on key topics.

 

We are the HSE West Disability Services Team (formerly CHO2), Corlann (formerly Brothers of Charity) and Enable Ireland. We are the three lead agencies who provide assessment, support and intervention for children with complex disability needs.
