All CDNTs include health and social care professionals (HSCPs) who specialise in different areas of child development. Their aim is to support your child to thrive, grow and learn.
Our referral process
Children can be referred to CDNTs by their Parents or Guardians, Health and Social Care Professionals, Primary Care Services, GPs, Hospital Clinicians, Education Professionals, Assessment Officers, Community Medical Doctors or Case Managers. A child's home address determines the CDNT they are referred to.
